If you were the President (or Queen! Your choice!) of the Philippines, what would your first act be and why?

Oooh! This would be difficult. As the Queen of the Philippines (HAHA) I would have to first consult with my advisors (that's you, Cid, Myungs, Diana, Marice, etc. :D) before issuing any decrees.

But I suppose it would be to lower import taxes so imported goods wouldn't be so expensive! D:
